Every year at Norteam we donate money to organisations as a Christmas gift. This year, 2021, we have chosen two different organisations. Read about their work below.
KFUM helps children and young people
KFUM is one of Sweden’s largest youth movements with 150 associations all over Sweden. Mental ill-health has increased during the pandemic and physical health among young people has declined sharply. Together with KFUM, we hope for a better 2022 for our children and young people.
Stockholms Stadsmission gives children and families in poverty a better Christmas.
In Stockholm, hundreds of children live in poverty. During the holidays, this becomes especially evident for children and their parents. By supporting Stockholms Stadsmission’s work for people in vulnerability, we contribute to emergency support such as food, clothing, medicine, rent and electricity. At Christmas, children and families are helped to feel safe, happy and connected through meals, activities and outings.
